Finally... The Gulf!

After the school, we went on down to Bay St Louis, MS for a picnic at the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Despite the destruction of man-made stuff all around us, we had a great time in the warm waters of the Gulf. This is the place where the eye of Katrina came ashore... and the Hwy 90 bridge is still out... Here's a few pics... tonight we're just north of Jackson, MS.
