Intermediate students make leaf pressings
Anrahyah's students began their "sense of place" journey with observations in the immediate school yard. They are keeping Audubon style journals with leaf pressings and descriptions. Soon they will be making observations and discoveries further afield with day trips to various SLV communities.

Wow, internet stars already, only hours after the activity. Thanks Kathryn for posting so diligently, and thanks students for such a good job in exploring our Backyard Botany unit.
